Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email:

Please include your order number, full name and the product you wish to return.

Hygiene products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, hair care and scalp care products, including but not limited to hair oil, shampoo and scalp scrub, can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and fully sealed.

If the seal has been broken after delivery, the product can no longer be returned and the right of withdrawal expires for that product.

Return conditions

Returned products must be:

- unused;
- unopened;
- in their original packaging;
- fully sealed;
- in a resellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, used, damaged or if the seal has been broken.

Please do not return any products before contacting us by email. Returns sent without prior notice may not be processed correctly.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. We will refund the amount within 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.
